SEND NAIL MONEY, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE ANY OF OUR FULFILLMENT CENTERS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR SHIPMENT STATUS TEXT MESSAGE UPDATES FROM THE CARRIER. SEND NAIL MONEY IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. FOR ANY ORDERS SHIPPED VIA A 3RD PARTY COMPANY AFTER THE POINT OF DELIVERY, SEND NAIL MONEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders $150 and over (excluding taxes). Domestic shipping includes the 48 contiguous states but excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may extend processing times. Please contact our office via email for current processing times).
Send Nail Money is closed on weekends and major holidays. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday from 9AM – 5PM PST; excluding Holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

International Shipping |
7-14 business days Depending on the destination and customs restrictions. PLEASE NOTE: Send Nail Money, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order. |

Damages:
Send Nail Money, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
